The U.S. Patent Office has awarded Spokane-based business software company Imprezzio Inc. its first patent for its sales-lead management technology.
The technology is part of Imprezzio’s proprietary software named LeadFlowPro, which filters and routes sales leads, says Russell Page, Imprezzio’s president.
“We’re gathering up the people searching for goods and services, and distributing this information to sales teams so they can respond more efficiently,” Page says.
Businesses that can benefit from LeadFlowPro include insurance agencies, financial services brokers, car dealerships, landscapers, and law firms, he says.
The technology can expand a client’s reach while meeting specific needs of their potential customers, Page asserts.
“So let’s say you have a Spanish-speaking shopper interested in home and auto insurance and the agency closest to them has only English speakers. So instead, LeadFlowPro will filter them to an agency which is slightly farther away, but has Spanish-speaking staff,” he says.
Page says Imprezzio plans to pursue other patents for technology it develops.
Imprezzio, which was founded here in 2004, develops business software that handles contact management. The company also provides digital marketing services for businesses. Its corporate offices are located on the sixth floor of the Legion Building, at 108 N. Washington.
Imprezzio’s technical operations office is based in Kirkland, Wash., and it has marketing offices in Canada and Romania.
