INW Industrial Training LLC, a Spokane-based business skills training company, has leased a 1,500-square-foot office suite in the Gateway 6 Building, at 901 E. Second, in East Central Spokane, for a new location. Jason Jackson, Craig Soehren, and Jamie Moesges, all of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Games Workshop Retail Inc., a Grapevine, Texas-based manufacturing, distribution, and retailer of fantasy miniatures, has opened a new hobby and game store named Warhammer Spokane, at Regal Plaza, 2718 E. 57th. Jesse Fox and Guy Byrd, both of SVN Cornerstone LLC, handled the transaction.

Kristina Mattson Law PLLC, a Spokane-based law office, has leased 450 square feet of office space at the Associated Industries Building, at 1206 N. Lincoln, in Spokane, where the firm has moved from a home office space. Marc Mowrer, of Leavitt Capital Cos., and Cory Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.

WJL LLC, a Spokane real estate company, has purchased 1,700 square feet of office space in the Flour Mill, at 621 W. Mallon, where the company plans to expand its offices. Richard Fox, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Davido Consulting Group Inc. has leased a 1,500-square-foot office suite in the Chase Building, at 601 W. Main, in Spokane, where the Seattle-based engineering company has opened a new office. Jason Jackson, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the landlord in the transaction.

SPOKANE VALLEY

Bodebell Properties LLC, a Colbert real estate company, has purchased a retail center and coffee stand on 1.4 acres of land on the 5600 block of east Trent Avenue and at 1919 E. Fancher Road, in Spokane Valley. Guy Byrd, of SVN Cornerstone LLC, and Mike King, of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services First Look Real Estate, handled the transaction.

Horizon Distributors Inc., a Covington, Louisiana-based wholesale landscape and irrigation supplier, has leased a 15,700-square-foot building with office, warehouse, and showroom space at 19425 E. Broadway, in Spokane Valley, where the company is expanding its operations. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Central Valley School District has leased a 28,000-square-foot warehouse space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan Road, in Spokane Valley, for additional storage space. Mike Livingston, of Kiemle Hagood, and Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.

North Pines Chiropractic PS has leased 2,300 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 817 E. Mission, in Spokane Valley, where the company has moved from another office building in Spokane Valley. Tim Kestell, Dina Cole, and Richard Fox, all of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Suburban Propane LP, a Whippany, New Jersey-based oil and gas distributor, has leased 1.3 acres of vacant land at 1005 N. Fancher Road, in Spokane Valley, where the company plans to open a commercial propane filling and distribution station. Suburban Propane has more than 700 locations in 41 states, according to the company’s website. Guy D. Byrd, of SVN Cornerstone LLC, and Kevin Edwards, of Hawkins Edwards Inc., handled the transaction.

Salon Services & Supplies Inc., a Renton, Washington-based wholesale beauty supply distributor, has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space in the Argonne Village retail center, at 9331 E. Montgomery, in Spokane Valley, for a new location. Colin Conway, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

NORTH IDAHO

Dimensions Health Group LLC, a new Coeur d’Alene-based health care company, has purchased a 58,400-square-foot multitenant office building at 3815 N. Schreiber Way, in Coeur d’Alene. Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Menagerie Cosmetics, of Newman Lake, has leased 3,300 square feet of space at KWI Plaza, located at 6224 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, for a new retail store. The cosmetics manufacturer previously operated a home-based business. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Tetac Inc., a Monterey, California-based product development company, has leased 2,600 square feet of office and warehouse space at 11350 N. Government Way, in Hayden. Tetac engineers and manufactures products such as unmanned vehicle-delivered explosive systems for defense and civilian first-responder agencies, according to the company’s website. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Anne Anderson, of Lakeshore Realty, handled the transaction.

Monarch Textiles Inc., a Placentia, California-based textile company, has leased 3,100 square feet of space at the KWI Plaza shopping center, located at 694 N. Baugh Way, in Post Falls, for a converting and distribution center. Monarch Textiles develops and manufactures needle-punched felt, pressed wool felt, and other non-woven textiles for gaskets, filtration, and sound installation. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Spearpoint Logistics LLC, a Newark, Delaware-based supply-chain management and logistics company, has leased 7,200 square feet of space in a multitenant office and warehouse building at 4508 W. Grange, in the Bighorn Industrial Park, in Post Falls. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

The Manna Shop, a jewelry store, has leased 2,000 square feet of retail space for a new location at the former Christmas at the Lake store, at 510 E. Sherman, in Coeur d’Alene. Cheryl Klein, of Kiemle Hagood, and Jeff Doty, of Windermere/Coeur d’Alene Realty, handled the transaction.

Unknown Munitions, an ammunition manufacturer, has leased 3,600 square feet of office and warehouse space in a multitenant building, at 4508 W. Grange, in the Bighorn Industrial Park, in Post Falls.
