Games Workshop Retail Inc., a Grapevine, Texas-based manufacturing, distribution, and retailer of fantasy miniatures, has opened a new hobby and game store named Warhammer Spokane, at Regal Plaza, 2718 E. 57th. Jesse Fox and Guy Byrd, both of SVN Cornerstone LLC, handled the transaction.
Kristina Mattson Law PLLC, a Spokane-based law office, has leased 450 square feet of office space at the Associated Industries Building, at 1206 N. Lincoln, in Spokane, where the firm has moved from a home office space. Marc Mowrer, of Leavitt Capital Cos., and Cory Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.
WJL LLC, a Spokane real estate company, has purchased 1,700 square feet of office space in the Flour Mill, at 621 W. Mallon, where the company plans to expand its offices. Richard Fox, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Bodebell Properties LLC, a Colbert real estate company, has purchased a retail center and coffee stand on 1.4 acres of land on the 5600 block of east Trent Avenue and at 1919 E. Fancher Road, in Spokane Valley. Guy Byrd, of SVN Cornerstone LLC, and Mike King, of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services First Look Real Estate, handled the transaction.
Horizon Distributors Inc., a Covington, Louisiana-based wholesale landscape and irrigation supplier, has leased a 15,700-square-foot building with office, warehouse, and showroom space at 19425 E. Broadway, in Spokane Valley, where the company is expanding its operations. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord in the transaction.
Central Valley School District has leased a 28,000-square-foot warehouse space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan Road, in Spokane Valley, for additional storage space. North Pines Chiropractic PS has leased 2,300 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 817 E. Suburban Propane LP, a Whippany, New Jersey-based oil and gas distributor, has leased 1.3 acres of vacant land at 1005 N. Fancher Road, in Spokane Valley, where the company plans to open a commercial propane filling and distribution station. Suburban Propane has more than 700 locations in 41 states, according to the company’s website. Guy D. Salon Services & Supplies Inc., a Renton, Washington-based wholesale beauty supply distributor, has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space in the Argonne Village retail center, at 9331 E. Montgomery, in Spokane Valley, for a new location. Colin Conway, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
Dimensions Health Group LLC, a new Coeur d’Alene-based health care company, has purchased a 58,400-square-foot multitenant office building at 3815 N. Schreiber Way, in Coeur d’Alene. Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
Menagerie Cosmetics, of Newman Lake, has leased 3,300 square feet of space at KWI Plaza, located at 6224 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, for a new retail store. Tetac engineers and manufactures products such as unmanned vehicle-delivered explosive systems for defense and civilian first-responder agencies, according to the company’s website.
