$14 million apartment complex planned in Post Falls

Complex to have 144 units in total of seven buildings

Construction is underway on a $14 million, 144-unit Crossroads Apartment complex at the northwest corner of Cecil Road and 12th Avenue, in Post Falls. Liberty Lake-based Rudeen Development LLC is listed as the owner and builder on the project.
