The city of Spokane Valley has approved construction of the Marietta Office Campus, a $5.1 million, 48,000-square-foot office and retail development located southwest of the Spokane Business & Industrial Park.

Construction is expected to begin this summer on the first of several commercial buildings at Hayford Business Park, on the West Plains.
