AK Logistics LLC, a new Spokane trucking company, has leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 1727 E. Francis. Anne Betow, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



The Barton Boys Inc., a heating and air-conditioning system sales, installation, and service company, has bought a 5,000-square-foot building at 7221 E. Nora and has moved there from leased space at 11401 E. Montgomery. Scott Person, of NAI Black, and Brandon Peterson, of Century 21 Beutler & Associates, handled the transaction.



Byram Healthcare Inc., a White Plains, N.Y.-based medical supply and clinical service provider, has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at 1201 N. Washington and plans to move its Spokane outlet there from 1214 E. Sprague. Jeff Ottmar, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Mike Livingston, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Spokane County Water District No. 3, has bought an 11,000-square-foot complex at 5218 E. Sharp, in Spokane Valley, to use for office, garage, and warehouse space. Scott Person, of NAI Black, and Tracy Lucas, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Shaw & Associates Specialty Sales & Service Inc., a specialty builder, has bought an 11,900-square-foot industrial building at 908 N. Lake, in Spokane Valley, and plans to move there from smaller quarters at 164 S. Washington. Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Vic Overholser, of SDS Realty, handled the transaction.



The 19th Hole Disc Golf Shop, a new specialty sporting goods store, has leased 800 square feet of retail space at 2029 W. Northwest Boulevard. Jim Orcutt and Don Jamieson, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Moscow, Idaho-based Jon J. Kimberling Insurance Agency Inc. has leased 1,200 square feet of space for a new branch at 15636 N. Highway 41, in Rathdrum, Idaho. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
