Magner Sanborn Inc., a Spokane advertising agency, has moved into larger quarters downtown to accommodate its recent and expected growth, says Jeff Sanborn, a principal in the company.
The agency's new address is 111 N. Post, in the Banner Bank Building, where it is leasing 7,100 square feet of floor space, including a fourth-floor penthouse and office space on the second and third floors, Sanborn says.
"This is an investment in growth," he says. "We have more space than we need at the moment."
Magner Sanborn previously had occupied 3,000 square feet of office space at 121 S. Wall, which Sanborn says it had outgrown. The company has 26 employees, up from 19 a year ago, he says.
Sanborn attributes much of the agency's recent growth to activity by its largest client, San Diego-based Qualcomm Inc., which early this year launched its Flo TV Inc. division that delivers programming to mobile devices.
Magner Sanborn's clients here include Spokane-based Providence Health Care and Spokane Valley-based Yoke's Fresh Market, Sanborn says.
Cory Barbieri, of Spokane-based Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled Magner Sanborn's lease of the space.
