Spokane Home Builders Association will host two workshops, titled Lien Law & Public Works and Construction Contracts, on Friday, Oct. 8. Lien Law & Public Works will take place from 8 a.m. to noon; the cost is $110 for members and $160 for non-members. Construction Contracts will take place from 1 to 4:30 p.m., and the cost is $125 for members and $175 for non-members.
