Little Noodle restaurant has expanded into permanent space at the former Honey Pig BBQ space at 713 W. Garland.
Owner Kadra Deuber says Little Noodle initially opened one year ago and subleased from Honey Pig for part of the year, until the owner of Honey Pig recently decided to leave the 1,300-square-foot space.
Deuber, who worked at a now-defunct Asian restaurant on the South Hill for 18 years, says Little Noodle offers a variety of Asian-inspired dishes, including bahn mi, vegan pho, cold soba, and bao buns.
"I took a lot of dishes that I'm a big fan of, and some that are a little less well-known," Deuber says. "My pho is probably our most popular vegan item."
Seven employees work in the restaurant. Little Noodle is open noon to close Tuesday through Saturday, and noon-6 p.m. Sunday.
