Natural 20 Brewing Co. has moved its taproom to the former Cartridge World space at 13216 E. Sprague, in Spokane Valley. Owners Reece and Jackie Carlson, who are husband and wife, say brewing operations will be moved to their home's backyard brewing space.
Natural 20 Brewing previously was located at 15310 E. Marietta.
Natural 20 currently has 16 taps, but Jackie Carlson says it could expand to 20 to reflect the taproom's name. The taproom offers U.K.-style beers such as ales, stouts, porters, and ciders, as well as nonalcoholic house-made root beer and lemonade.
Its menu includes flatbreads, sandwiches, soups, and salads.
"Natural 20 is a Dungeons and Dragons reference," Carlson says. "If you roll a 20-sided die and you get a 20, it's called a critical hit or a natural 20. It's the best roll you can possibly make. We're looking for critical hits on everything that we make."
Natural 20 Brewing's taproom is open noon-9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, noon-10 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and noon-8 p.m. Sunday.
