ASI Arden Solutions Inc., an Independence, Ore.-based wildland fire suppression and abatement service provider, has leased 2,900 square feet of office space at 131 Poplar, in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Accent Floors & Design has leased 2,800 square feet of floor space at 247 W. Sunset, in the Sunset Place retail center, in Coeur d'Alene, and has moved there from a space at 2924 N. Government Way that was damaged due to a fire. Craig Hunter and Ron Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate, handled the transaction.



Idaho Home Medical, a medical equipment retailer, has leased 1,400 square feet of space in the Northern Lights Mall office-retail center, at 411 W. Harrison, in Coeur d'Alene, and has moved there from larger quarters at 212 W. Ironwood Drive. Jim Koon, of Century 21 Beutler & Associates, and Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Robert C. Hahn III PS, a Spokane law practice, has bought an office building with 2,500 square feet of floor space at 2906 N. Argonne and has moved there from leased space at 2312 N. Cherry St., in Spokane Valley. Chris Bell, of NAI Black, and Gary Hansen, of Century 21 Beutler & Associates, handled the transaction.



United Seating & Mobility LLC, a St. Louis-based mobility and rehabilitation equipment supplier, has leased 3,200 square feet of floor space at 423 E. Cleveland for a new branch. Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, and Marshall Clark, of Clark Pacific Real Estate Co., handled the transaction.
