Work is well under way on a new building that Spokane Valley-based Advanced Dermatology & Skin Surgery PLLC is developing in the Riverstone complex, in northwest Coeur d'Alene. Yost, Mooney & Pugh Contractors Inc., of Spokane, is the general contractor on the $1.5 million, 8,000-square-foot medical office building. NAC|Architecture, of Spokane, designed the structure.
