The Medical Lake Food Bank Association has bought a 13,265-square-foot building at 312 E. Grace in Medical Lake, west of Spokane, and plans to move there in June from smaller, leased quarters in the Dora Burt Community Outreach building, at 211 N. Lefevre. Grant Person, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
Mr. Tux, a formal wear rental chain, has leased 2,900 square feet of retail space at 902 W. First and has moved its downtown location there from 45 W. Second. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
Camping World Inc., the Bowling Green, Ky., recreational vehicle and camping supplier, has bought the 10,800-square-foot, former MasterCraft building, at 19651 E. Cataldo, in Liberty Lake, and plans to open a retail outlet there. Chris Bell, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
BNBuilders Inc., a Seattle-based commercial construction contractor, has leased 2,000 square feet of office space in the Indiana Professional Center, at 15920 E. Indiana, and plans to move its Spokane office there. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
Wood Insurance Network Group LLC, a Spokane independent property and casualty insurance agency, has leased 350 square feet of office space in the Paulsen Center, at 421 W. Riverside, and has moved there from 505 W. Riverside. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
FlawlessSalon has leased 2,000 square feet of floor space in the Gibbs Center, at 2508 Northwest Blvd., in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
