DigiDeal Corp., the Spokane-based electronic multiplayer game table developer, unveiled a new electronic gaming table and automated virtual attendant system to be paired with its gaming table last month at the Global Gaming Expo, in Las Vegas.
The new table is expected to be made available to its customers within the first quarter of next year, says Carolina Beck, accounting support administrator for DigiDeal.
The gaming table, known as DTS-A, combines features from two previous models developed by the company and incorporates new features, such as the ability to store multiple games, Beck says. The table can accommodate five players, with each player using a 15-inch touch screen for game play.
"We actually designed this platform because we've been getting casino owners asking for a fully automated attendant," Beck says.
The previous tables developed by DigiDeal required a human dealer to be present.
The gaming table can work independently of the new virtual attendant, whose image is displayed on a video screen where a human dealer would stand, but the virtual attendant needs to be paired with the new table, Beck says.
She says the current table has three games loaded onto it: classic blackjack, classic baccarat, and classic roulette. She says the company plans on making more games available for the new table over time.
Each player position on the table has multiple language options and offers its own player progress tracking, bill validator, and ticket printer.
Beck declines to comment on the price of the new products. She says DigiDeal plans on offering a demonstration of the table in the next few weeks at its office in Spokane.
DigiDeal, located at 5123 E. Third, has been operating in Spokane since 1998.
