The Dishman automotive dealership in Spokane Valley has started carrying Jeep vehicles, says dealer principal and President Marti Hollenback.
Hollenback says the dealership, now Dishman Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep, reached a final agreement with Jeep Nov. 15. The sport utility vehicles and trucks started to arrive on the lot at the end of last month.
Jeep models that the dealership is carrying include the Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Liberty, Jeep Patriot, and Jeep Compass.
The dealership, located at 7700 E. Sprague in Spokane Valley, employs 103 full- and part-time workers.
Hollenback projects that adding Jeep will equate to about 30 additional car sales a month and will increase the dealership's inventory by about 50 cars a month.
"We've already got several on the lot," Hollenback says, adding that Dishman Dodge already has sold Jeep models since inking the contract with the franchise last month.
Hollenback says the dealership has more than 450 new and used cars in its inventory between the Dishman Dodge dealership and the Easy Auto Credit economy lot it operates at 7701 E. Sprague.
Hollenback says the dealership doesn't have any plans at this time to add other makes.
The Dishman Dodge dealership is situated on a 10-acre lot, Hollenback says. Three buildings on the lot house the sales department, service-and-parts center, and body shop.
The dealership has been located in Spokane Valley since 1962.
