The Washington State Liquor Control Board will hold a public forum on I-502 implementation on Tuesday, Feb. 12, from 6 to 10 p.m., at Spokane City Hall in the council chambers, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd. Initiative 502 makes it legal in Washington state for an individual to possess up to one ounce of marijuana, and the forum will discuss implementation of the initiative.
