Liberty Lake-based recreational vehicle dealership Appleway RV LLC has been acquired by Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based RV Retailer LLC.

Jon Ferrando, CEO and president of RV Retailer, claims in a press release that the acquisition is expected to make the company the largest RV dealer in Washington by sales volume. 

RV Retailer has 93 locations in 29 states, including Blue Dog RV dealerships in Spokane Valley, at 19117 E. Broadway, and in Pasco. RV Retailer also owns a Blue Dog RV dealership in Post Falls, at 714 W. Seltice Way.

The terms of the transaction aren’t disclosed in the release.

Mike Stanisich, general manager at Appleway RV, will remain with the dealership in a leadership role, the release states. He couldn’t be reached immediately for comment.

The dealership, which continues to do business as Appleway RV, sells recreational vehicles, including motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and truck campers, as well as parts. The dealership also offers repair and maintenance services. Appleway RV was founded in 2016 and is located at 19605 E. Cataldo, in Liberty Lake. The dealership also has a location in Pasco.

Appleway’s lineup of motorhome brands includes Tiffin, Newmar, Jayco, Thor Motor Coach, Dynamax, and Forest River Sunseeker.

“The RV demographics are exceptional in that part of the country, with a large and growing base of RV customers enjoying the great outdoors, along with strong population growth,” Ferrando says in the release.
