Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, a longtime Spokane commercial real estate brokerage, now is affiliated with a national commercial real estate network and is operating under the name Sperry Van Ness Cornerstone.

In its first announced transaction under the new name, Sperry Van Ness Cornerstone brokered the sale of a retail building and self-storage facility at 16823 E. Sprague to Moore Storage LLC, of Spokane Valley. The facility has 233 self-storage units, 32 recreational vehicle storage spaces, and a single-story, 5,800-square-foot multitenant retail building with frontage on Sprague Avenue.
Jeff Ottmar, of Sperry Van Ness Cornerstone, representing both the buyer and the seller, negotiated the purchase from SDMCAM LLC/VMMMMM LLC, of Spokane. The terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
Office
Innovate Washington Found-ation, a Spokane-based nonprofit that’s fulfilling federal grants supporting technology-focused economic development, has leased 2,600 square feet of office space in the Iron Bridge III building, at 731 N. Iron Bridge Way, and has moved there from the former SIRTI building, at 665 N. Riverpoint Blvd. Mike Livingston and Craig Soehren, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
Bafus Financial Group Inc., a new Spokane affiliate of Lacey, Wash.-based financial consulting company Pillar Financial Group, has leased 800 square feet of office space in the RiverBank building, at 202 E. Trent. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
The Children’s Home Society of Washington, a nonprofit family services provider, has leased 5,000 square feet of office space for a new branch on the top floor of the two-story former Bank of Whitman building, at 8727 W. Highway 2. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, and Steve Peterson, of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson North, handled the transaction.
Children’s Home Society also operates Spokane-area branches at 2323 N. Discovery Place, in Spokane Valley, and in the Northeast Community Center, at 4001 N. Cook, as well as a children’s waiting room at 721 N. Jefferson, near the Spokane County Courthouse.
Retail
Etailz Inc., a Spokane online retailer, has leased 7,200 square feet of warehouse and distribution space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan Road. Dean Stuart, of Crown West Realty LLC, brokered the transaction. Etailz is headquartered in the McKinstry Innovation Center, at 850 E. Spokane Falls Blvd., and the company operates Wollnick’s General Store, its brick-and-mortar retail outlet, located at 421 W. Main downtown.
Wesley & Margaret Delaney, of Spokane, have bought as an investment a 2,600-square-foot, single-story retail building, at 20 E. Indiana. Colin Conway, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Joel Crosby, of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson South handled the transaction.
Manufacturing
Telect Inc., the Liberty Lake-based communications network equipment manufacturing company, has leased 53,000 square feet of space in the Liberty Lake Business Park, at 22425 E. Appleway, and is moving its headquarters there from smaller quarters at 23321 E. Knox, in Liberty Lake. Telect also is moving its metal fabrication and systems development center there from Plano, Texas. James Quigley, Craig Soehren, and Mike Livingston, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Brad Baldwin, of Baldwin Corporate Real Estate, negotiated the transaction.
