Aspen Homes & Development LLC, a longtime Coeur d’Alene-based home builder, has started construction on a new office building in the Riverstone development, in Coeur d’Alene. Aspen Homes will move its operations into the building when it’s completed, likely in November. Coeur d’Alene-based Labor Consultants International Ltd. plans to move into the building too.
