Prime Real Estate Group, an independent brokerage owned by Spokane real estate veteran Melissa Murphy, has opened a new Coeur d’Alene office in the Riverstone mixed-use development, replacing a temporary satellite office it had occupied in the Lake City.
The new branch occupies 1,000 square feet of second-floor space at 2065 W. Riverstone Drive, in a building also occupied by the Coeur d’Alene office of Spokane-based Kiemle & Hagood Co., the commercial real estate brokerage, and Fatbeam LLC, a wireless broadband provider, Murphy says.
Murphy and commercial real estate agent Casey Brazil, of Kiemle & Hagood, negotiated the Riverstone lease.
Prime Real Estate Group has hired Crystal Miller as the Idaho office manager, and Laurie Beusan has signed as a new Idaho agent, bringing Prime Real Estate Group up to seven Idaho-licensed agents, Murphy says.
Prime Real Estate has 25 agents based at its flagship Spokane office in the Minnesota-Oakley building, at 417 W. First, Murphy says.
Murphy founded Prime Real Estate Group in 2012 and the following year started up One Property Management, a sister company that manages rental homes.
