Chris Nelson, of Manton, Calif., has bought the Timber Court Apartments complex on the South Hill for $2.1 million, says Joel Crosby, a commercial real estate broker involved in the transaction.
Timber Court Apartments, located at 2707 E. 37th, has 39 units in four two-story buildings and one three-story building. The complex was constructed in 1976.
Nelson, a cattle rancher, acquired the fully leased property as an investment from Odessa, Wash.-based EZ Properties LLC, says Crosby, of the Spokane brokerage Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Commercial.
Crosby and Hank Seipp, of Spokane Valley-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices First Look Realty, negotiated the transaction.

ABC Investment Group LLC, an Airway Heights-based subsidiary of Edmonton, Alberta-based Northern Investments Inc., has bought as an investment 18 acres of land at 2001 S. Hayford Road. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.
Lawrence B. Stone Properties #42 LLC, of Spokane, has bought as an investment 35 acres of vacant land at 3420 N. Tschirley, in Spokane Valley. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, and Mark Lucas, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.

V Twin Brewing Co. has leased 1,600 square feet of space at 2302 N. Argonne, where it plans to open a new Spokane Valley brewery and bar in late spring. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.
A Personal Fit LLC has leased 5,300 square feet of space for a fitness studio at 1300 N. Mullan Road and has moved there from smaller quarters nearby. Mike King, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
Janhsen Properties LLC, a Priest River, Idaho, farm equipment dealer, has bought a 27,700-square-foot warehouse on 24 acres of land at 20156 state Route 41, in Spirit Lake, Idaho. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
Housing
Spokane Treatment & Recovery Services has bought a 3,700-square-foot, vacant group-living facility at 14819 E. Mission and plans to provide transitional housing there. Jody Johnson, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
