Premier Business Centers, an Irvine, Calif.-based provider of executive offices, part-time day offices, virtual offices, shared workspaces, and meeting facilities, says it plans to open a 62-office center in downtown Spokane next month.
The business center, which is to be named Crescent Executive Suites, will take up about 12,600 square feet of space on the second floor of the Crescent Building, at 707 W. Main, where remodeling work is under way.
“This will be our 82nd office center nationally,” says Charlie Brown, Irvine-based project manager for Premier.
Crescent Executive Suites will offer reception and secretarial services, personalized telephone answering, voicemail, high-speed internet access, appointed conference areas, and a kitchen, says a description of the planned center on the company’s website. Brown says about 80 percent of the offices there will be furnished, providing tenants with convenient “plug-and-play” space.
Crescent Executive Suites also will offer offices that can be rented by the hour for mobile business professionals, and the two conference rooms will be available for booking by the hour, day, or week, the website says.
It says full-time offices will start at $532 a month, and the center will offer spaces with as little as 96 square feet of floor space. It also offers virtual office plans that it says include most of the same benefits provided by a full-time agreement and are ideal for businesses that require a professional address and occasional use of a day office or meeting room.
James Dickman, who has been going through training, will be Crescent Executive Suites’ general manager.
He says Crescent Executive Suites has begun preleasing spaces through the Premier website, and is tentatively expected to open on April 10.
