The mental health care provider has nine full-time therapists and is looking to have six at its new office. Craig Soehren and Erik Nelson, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. Cor Counseling’s other office is located at 316 W. Boone.
Short Road DP LLC, of Spokane, has purchased the 7,200-square-foot office building at 168 S. Division as an investment. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
