
The Journal has selected the finalists for its inaugural Business of the Year Awards.
All finalists will be recognized—and the winners will be disclosed—at an event scheduled for 5:30-7 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, at the Spokane Club, in downtown Spokane.
For small business of the year, the finalists are: Built To Move Chiropractic & Sports Rehabilitation; Cone Ventures LLC, doing business as Electric Photoland; and Monroe Street Glass Inc., dba AllStar Glass Co.
Medium-sized business finalists are: Aequus Sports LLC, dba USL Spokane; Safeguard Equipment Inc.; and YOY Inc., dba Verdis.
Large business finalists are: Black Realty Inc.; DVP Historic Davenport Holdings, dba Davenport Hotels; and Idaho Central Credit Union.
Social-service nonprofit award finalists are: Embrace Washington; Spokane Valley Hub, dba HUB Sports Center; and Women Helping Women Fund.
