Inland Power & Light has promoted two employees. Andy Barth has been promoted to vice president of government and community relations. Barth previously worked as the government affairs and community relations manager. Dustin Bruffett has been promoted to vice president of engineering. Bruffett previously worked as engineering manager.
Providence Oncology and Hematology has hired Dr. Dharmini Manogna as a physician. Manogna is a graduate of Rajiv Ghandi University of Health Sciences and completed her fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Tulane University School of Medicine.
Coffman Engineers Inc., a multidiscipline engineering company, has hired Dale Jenkins as senior discipline fire protection engineer for its Spokane office. Jenkins previously worked for Montreal, Canada- based WSP USA as a senior consultant and project manager.
Spokane-based ALSC Architects has hired four employees. Owen Turnbull has joined as senior project designer and architect. Turnbull previously worked in the Spokane office of CollinsWoerman architecture firm. Michael Walker has joined as senior project manager and architect. Walker previously worked at Coeur d’Alene-based Miller Stauffer Architects. Anthony Noble has joined as an architectural designer. Noble is a recent graduate of Washington State University’s Voiland College of Engineering and Architecture. Hala Zahalqa has joined as an architectural intern. Zahalqa is a Fulbright Scholar and recent graduate of University of Idaho.
Deer Park-based Knight Wall Systems has hired Anna Allen as human resources manager. Allen previously worked for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation where she specialized in global talent acquisition.
Spokane Hearing Oral Program of Excellence, a center for deaf and hard-of-hearing children, has hired Angela Fidler as executive director. Fidler previously worked as a speech language pathologist at Portland, Oregon-based Beech Street Speech.

Smith previously served as digital marketing manager. Cassandra Bruner has joined as account strategist. Bruner previously worked at Phoenix-based Hackett Advertising.
The College Success Foundation has appointed two board members. Lori Hunt has been appointed as board chair. Hunt is the chief of staff and strategy for the Community Colleges of Spokane. Kelly Fukai has been appointed as a member of the national board. Fukai is the chief operating officer of the Washington Technology Industry Association.
