Current tenants of Evergreen Center include Other Mothers, Game World, and Dutch Bros. Drew Ulrick, of NAI Black, represented the buyer.
Inland Medical Building LLC, of Spokane, has purchased an 11,100-square-foot office building, at 237 E. Seventh, on Spokane's lower South Hill. Cory Barbieri and Bill Duffy, both of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the sellers in the transaction.
509 Collective LLC has leased 5,300 square feet of retail space at the Grapetree Village commercial complex, at 2029 E. 29th, on Spokane's South Hill, where the Spokane-based dance company has opened a new studio. Bob Spooner, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the landlord in the transaction.
Malsam Tsang Engineering Corp., which does business as Malsam Tsang Structural Engineering Corp., has leased 1,200 square feet of office space at the Crescent Building, at 707 W. Main, in Spokane, where the Seattle-based structural engineering company will open its third office. Danny Patterson and Tony Villelli, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
Static Age Vintage LLC has leased a 2,800-square-foot retail building at 2814 N. Monroe, where the clothing and music retailer has opened a storefront. Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
The Hook & Needle Nook LLC has leased a 1,700-square-foot retail space in a multitenant building at 3808 N. Monroe, in Spokane's Garland neighborhood, where the Spokane-based yarn and fiber arts retailer has moved from another storefront in Spokane. Justin Folkins, of RenCorpRealty LLC, represented the tenant, and Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, represented the landlord in the transaction.
Comcast Corp. has leased a 3,900-square-foot retail space at the Boulevard Plaza shopping center, at 2525 E. 29th, on Spokane's South Hill, for a new Xfinity-brand retail store. Andy Butler, of WEB Properties Inc., represented the landlord in the transaction.

Spokane Premium Cleaning Services LLC, which does business as Alpine Cleaning Spokane, has leased a 3,800-square-foot warehouse building at 11315 E. Trent, in Spokane Valley, where the commercial cleaning company has relocated its operations. Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, represented the landlord, and Tim Kestell, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the tenant in the transaction.
North Idaho
Hayden-based Latos Lakeside Inn LLC has purchased Hayden's Inn, a 7,900-square-foot motel property with over an acre of land. Pat Eberlin and Mary Kienbaum, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
Goodwin Gym LLC, which does business as The Little Gym of Post Falls, has leased 4,000 square feet of retail space at the Mountain View Business Center, at 9044 W. Prairie, in Post Falls, for a new fitness facitliy. Mary Kienbaum, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the tenant in the transaction.
Lightning Tool & Manufacturing Inc. has leased 16,700 square feet of manufacturing space in a multitenant building in Riverbend Commerce Park, at 4642 W. Selway, in Post Falls, where the manufacturer will relocate to the new space. Chad Burd, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
