Brian Cronnelly has joined Coeur d’Alene-based Ginno Construction as a controller. He previously worked as an outsourced accounting manager for Eide Bailly. Cronnelly has seven years of experience in audit and outsourced accounting.
The Spokane office of Eide Bailly has hired Peggy Brown as its chief marketing officer. Brown previously worked in marketing leadership and consultant roles for a variety of organizations, including Microsoft Corp., Starbucks Corp., Point B Inc., and EvergreenHealth.
The Spokane office of Seattle-based law firm Williams Kastner has hired Maxwell Glasson as an of-counsel attorney. Glasson focuses on real estate, business, estate planning, and probate issues.
Spokane-based law firm Witherspoon Brajcich McPhee PLLC has hired Jon Burtard as an attorney. Burtard recently completed a judicial clerkship in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. He has five years of experience in civil litigation and appeals.
Spokane International Airport has promoted Lisa Corcoran to chief development officer. Corcoran has worked for the airport since July 2014. She has over 30 years of aviation engineering and planning experience. Prior to her work at Spokane International Airport, Corcoran served as the lead aviation engineering adviser for the Pacific Northwest region for USKH Inc.
Coeur d’Alene-based attorney Laura K. Markham has remotely joined the 1031 Corp. office in Bend, Oregon. She will serve as general counsel for 1031 Corp. and as vice president of affiliate company Reverse 1031 Corp. Markham returns to the company after having worked two years for a Coeur d'Alene law firm.

Downtown Spokane Partnership has recognized the Nordstrom Spokane department store with the Legacy Award for ongoing contributions to the revitalization of downtown Spokane and The Warren housing project with the Impact Award for recent transformative changes in the downtown community.
Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency has appropriated $40,000 from the agency’s projects reserve fund to the Spokane County Department of Risk Management. The funds will help offset costs to clean up vegetative debris left from the 2023 Gray and Oregon Road wildfires.
