Social Soul Studio LLC, which does business as Sage & Soul Interiors, has leased 1,200 square feet of office space at the Central Pointe Professional Center, at 1020 N. Washington, in Spokane, where the Spokane-based interior design company has moved from the Holland Building, at 9507 N. Division. Bob Spooner, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the landlord in the lease.

3128 E LLC, a real estate holding company owned by Spokane-based State Farm insurance agent Chris Cutler, has purchased a 1,700-square-foot retail building and a neighboring parking lot at 3128 E. 29th, in Spokane, for $424,000. Chris Cutler Insurance & Financial Services Inc. will move there from an office in a multitenant building at 2525 E. 29th. Eva Carper, of Citibrokers LLC, and Brandon Peterson, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the seller. Kelly Stravens, of Century 21 Beutler & Associates, represented the buyer in the transaction. 

Spokane-based law firm Piskel Yahne Kovarik PLLC has leased 10,000 square feet of office space in The M Building, at 612 W. Main in downtown Spokane, where the firm is moving from smaller offices at the Fidelity Building, at 522 W. Riverside. Marc Mowrer, of Leavitt Capital Cos., and Andy Butler, of WEB Properties Inc., represented the tenant in the transaction.

Spokane-based real estate company Black Bros Work Hard LLC has purchased a 6,400-square-foot service and repair building at 7807 N. Division in Spokane, for $1.75 million as an investment. Devin Mecham, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

SPOKANE VALLEY

Halo Dx Inc., a California-based diagnostic health care company that does business as Halo Precision Diagnostics, has leased an 870-square-foot medical office space in a multitenant building at 1415 N. Houk Road, in Spokane Valley, where the company will open a new location. Cory Barbieri and Bill Duffy, both of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the landlord in the transaction.

Frontline Vision LLC has leased a 6,200-square-foot office in a multitenant retail center at 604 S. Sullivan Road, in Spokane Valley, where the new optometrist practice plans to open in June. Chad Carper, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Overland Park, Kansas-based CenterWell Certified Healthcare Corp., which does business as CenterWell Home Health, has leased about 7,000 square feet of office space at Pinecroft Business Park, at 12310 E. Mirabeau Parkway, in Spokane Valley. Marc Mowrer, of Leavitt Capital Cos., represented the landlord, and Shannon Pottratz, of NAI Black, represented the tenant.

Bankcda, of Coeur d'Alene, has leased a 1,600-square-foot space in a multitenant retail building at 606 N. Pines, in Spokane Valley, for a new bank branch. Ryan Oberg, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the tenant, Tim Kestell, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the landlord.

CDA Math LLC, doing business as Mathnasium, has leased a 1,200-square-foot office suite at the Ironwood Square retail center, at 226 W. Ironwood Drive, in Coeur d’Alene, for a new franchise location for the math education company. Chad Carper, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Five Seas LLC, which does business as Sports Clips, has leased a 1,200-square-foot storefront at the Ironwood Square retail center, at 204 W. Ironwood Drive in Coeur d’Alene, where the barber shop franchise operation will open a new location. Chad Carper, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the landlord in the transaction.
