Spokane-based Prime Real Estate Group has welcomed Heather Matthias as a real estate agent. Matthias has been a Realtor since 2016 and has experience in finance and information technology at Wells Fargo & Co.

Spokane-based Cancer Care Northwest has hired Dr. Michalina Kupsik as a breast surgical oncologist. Kupsik will be practicing at Cancer Care Northwest's South and North clinic locations. 

Coeur d'Alene-based Mountain West Bank has promoted, from left, Trevor Young, to senior vice president from manager of its Coeur d'Alene commercial lending team. Young joined Mountain West Bank in 2018 and has 15 years of experience in banking. Scott Boekenoogen was promoted to assistant vice president from branch manager of the Sandpoint, Idaho, branch. Boekenoogen joined the bank in 2018.  Malissa Stevens has also been promoted to assistant vice president, manager of Mountain West Bank's Ponderay, Idaho Branch. Stevens joined Mountain West Bank in 2021 and has three years of banking experience. Tanya Lang, not pictured, was promoted to vice president of builder services at Mountain West Banks's Coeur d'Alene office. Lang started working at Mountain West Bank in 1996 and has 28 years of banking experience.       

Spokane-based ALSC Architects PS has hired, from left, Json Bailey as project designer and architect. Bailey was previously a senior architectural designer with Orlando, Florida-based Orcutt Winslow Architecture. ALSC has hired Gina Smith as a landscape architect.  Smith previously worked at Spokane-based SPVV Landscape Architects as an associate. Collin Arnold also has been hired by ALSC as an architectural intern. Arnold is a graduate of Washington State University's architectural program.

Seattle-based KPFF Consulting Engineers has hired Jeff Peters as a senior transportation engineer-project manager for the Spokane office. Peters previously worked at the Spokane office of Austin, Texas-based  architecture and engineering firm Lochner. Ginny Edwards and Dawn Keefe, not pictured, have been hired as project coordinators at KPFF's Spokane office. Edwards' previous employer was Spokane-based Bernardo Wills, while Keefe previously worked at the Spokane office of Portland, Oregon-based Century West Engineering Corp.
