A five-building, 88-unit apartment complex valued at $13.8 million has been proposed at 516 W. Cora, in North Spokane, permit applications show.
The proposed complex will be located on a roughly 5-acre parcel of vacant land adjacent to Faith Bible Church, east of North Post Street, and a few blocks north of Corbin Park.
Jordan Tampien, of 4 Degrees Real Estate, who is listed as the contact for the permit applications, couldn’t be reached immediately for comment.
Spokane Valley-based T.W. Clark Construction LLC is listed as the contractor for the project. Spokane-based Trek Architecture is the architect, and the Spokane office of DCI Engineers is listed as the project’s engineer.
Site plans call for two three-story, 10,700-square-foot structures; two four-story, 23,500-square-foot buildings; and a one-story, 2,000-square-foot clubhouse, which will include an exercise room, a community room, and a leasing office.
Each of the three-story buildings will include 12 two-bed, two-bath units, site plans show. The four-story buildings each will include 24 units, which will consist of a mix of two-bed, two-bath and one-bed, one-bath units.
The one-bed units will have 530 square feet of living space each, and the two-bed units will have 840 square feet of living space, plans show.
The apartment buildings will be erected along the north side of West Cora Avenue, with the clubhouse and a parking lot consisting of 176 parking spaces tucked behind them, plans show.
Tax information on file with Spokane County shows the development site was purchased by West Cora LLC in September for $300,000.
