RDD Holdings LLC, of Spokane, has purchased a 13.5-acre, multibuilding site with over 47,400 square feet of warehouse, office, and storage space, at 10808 N. Perry Road, just north of Spokane, where the previous owners operated Perry Storage. John Hillier, of SVN Cornerstone, represented the buyer. The seller, Perry LLC, represented itself.

The Way to Justice, a nonprofit law practice in Spokane, has leased a 3,200-square-foot office at 321 W. Boone, in Spokane, for a new location. Jay Carson, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the tenant.

Centennial Pediatrics of Spokane has leased a 5,600-square-foot office space, at 3010 S. Southeast Blvd., in Spokane, for a new clinic. Tim Kestell, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the tenant in the lease transaction.

Colbert-based Vital Healthcare Training LLC has leased a 1,600-square-foot retail space in a multitenant building, at 6704 N. Nevada, in Spokane, where the company will operate a training facility for certified nursing assistants. Omar Sadaoui, of SVN Cornerstone LLC, and James Orcutt, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

ASAP Spokane Plaza LLC, a Bellevue, Washington-based real estate company, has purchased a 10,400-square-foot office building, at 1717 W. Sixth, in Spokane, for $1.3 million. Matthew Byrd and Nate Gant, both of SVN Cornerstone LLC, represented the seller in the transaction.

La Lune Tattoo Collective LLC has leased an 1,800-square-foot retail space at 821 W. Second, in Spokane, where the Spokane-based tattoo studio has opened a second location. Clayton McFarland, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.

Rex & Relax LLC has leased a 4,900-square-foot retail building at 1711 N. Division, in Spokane, where the Spokane company will operate a new indoor dog park and bar. Stephen Barbieri and Ryan Oberg, both of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the landlord in the transaction.

Müv Fitness, a Spokane-based exercise club chain, has leased a 39,000-square-foot building, at 510 E. 37th, on Spokane’s South Hill, for a new location. Chris Bell, of NAI Black, and Ryan Oberg and Cory Barbieri, both of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the lease.

Spokane Lilac Festival Association has leased a 600-square-foot office space in the Monroe Court building, at 901 N. Monroe, where the nonprofit has moved from smaller quarters. 

Mountlake Terrace, Washington-based Mindful Therapy Group PS has leased a 4,700-square-foot office space in a multitenant building at 201 W. North River Drive for a Spokane location. Bob Spooner, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the landlord in the transaction.

USI Insurance Services, a Valhalla, New York-based insurance company, has leased a 3,800-square-foot office at 201 W. North River Drive, in Spokane, for a new location. Bob Spooner, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the landlord in the transaction.

Spokane-based nonprofit Compassionate Addiction Treatment has leased a 5,400-square-foot office space at 124 E. Short, in Spokane, for a second location. Stephen Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the lease.

 

Spokane Valley

Malezia LLC, an online skin care company, has leased 5,100 square feet of manufacturing space at the Sullivan Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan Road, in Spokane Valley, where the company is relocating from California. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty, and Omar Sadaoui, of SVN Cornerstone LLC, handled the transaction.

BNC Custom Manufacturing, which does business as American Manufacturing Solutions, has leased 50,700 square feet of industrial space in a multitenant building at 6021 E. Mansfield, in Spokane Valley, where the company has moved from another location. Marc Mowrer, of Leavitt Capital Cos., and Jesse W. Clark, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

The Arc of Spokane has leased a 15,000-square-foot retail space at 1441 N. Argonne Road, in Spokane Valley, where the Spokane-based nonprofit will operate a thrift store. Guy D. Byrd, of SVN Cornerstone, and Bryan Walker, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

 

North Idaho

Tumwater, Washington-based exercise equipment retailer Imagine Strength has leased a 2,600-square-foot retail and flex space at 3325 E. Quad Park Court, in Post Falls. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Meine Insurance Agency has leased a 1,500-square-foot office space at 9323 N. Government Way, in Hayden, where the Clovis, California-based insurance agency is relocating from another office in Coeur d’Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Churchill Mortgage Corp., a Brentwood, Tennessee-based mortgage lending company, has leased 1,500 square feet of office space at 1250 W. Ironwood Drive, in Coeur d’Alene, for a new office. Mary Kienbaum, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Elevated Physical Therapy & Wellness LLC has leased a 1,900-square-foot retail space at 8827 N. Government Way, in Hayden, for its first location. Mary Kienbaum and Pat Eberlin, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Your Mom’s Soda Shop LLC, a new Spokane-based soda and energy drink retailer, has leased a 1,600-square-foot retail space in the Mt. Spokane Village retail center, at 14017 N. Newport Highway, in Mead. Chris Bornhoft and Justin Rundle, both of Bornhoft Commercial, handled the transaction.

West Plains

Windermere Lease Source Property Management, of Spokane, has leased office space in a 6,100-square-foot multitenant building at 1315 First, in Cheney, where the company has opened its second property management office.
