The firm has relocated its Spokane office from a smaller office suite in the former Wells Fargo building, at 601 W. First. Marc Mowrer, of Leavitt Capital Cos., represented the lessee in the transaction.
WPX Delivery Solutions has leased 21,900 square feet of industrial warehouse space at McFarlane Phase 2, located at 10921 W. McFarlane Road, in West Spokane, where the Auburn, Washington-based transportation company will move its Spokane operations from a location on east Trent Avenue later this year.
