Atlantic, in Spokane, where the company is moving from 157 S. Howard. Mark McLees and Chris Bell, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
Spokane-based Hendren Foods LLC, which does business as The Bagel Authority, has leased a 1,400-square-foot floor space in the Empire State Building, at 903 W. Riverside, in downtown Spokane, where the company will open a store. Denny York, of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson, handled the transaction.
Health & Justice Recovery Alliance has purchased a 3,400-square-foot office building, at 8306 N. Wall, in north Spokane, where the Spokane-based social services nonprofit will expand its wellness services after relocating from smaller quarters.
