Spokane attorney and developer Jamie Wolff plans to build a three-level, 34,500-square-foot medical-office building just south of Valley Hospital & Medical Center, in Spokane Valley.
The structure is slated to be built on a two-acre site at 12410 E. Sinto, near the junction of Sinto Avenue and Houk Road, says Tim Putnam, business development coordinator with Bernardo-Wills Architects PC, the Spokane firm that designed the building.
He didnt have a cost estimate on the project that he could release.
The proposed structure currently is in design review with the city of Spokane Valley. Putnam says that if the city approves the plans for the building late this month, work will start on the project in May. With such a schedule, the building likely would be ready to occupy late this year, he says.
Silvey Construction Inc., of Spokane, is the general contractor on the project.
The planned building would be able to accommodate as many as six tenants on each of the top two floors, he says. The daylight basement would accommodate no more than two tenants.
Parking for the structure would be to the side of and behind the building.
