Tomlinson Black Group, the Coeur dAlene-based real estate company, has formed a strategic alliance with Realogy Corp., a big Parsippany, N.J.-based real estate services company.
The alliance will place the Tomlinson Black brand before buyers and sellers of real estate in national and international markets, says Bob Tomlinson, CEO of Tomlinson Black Group.
Customers will see us in other markets, but there will be no change in service in any of our locations, Tomlinson says. By aligning our unique regional strengths and local focus with Realogys international network of brands, well enhance our ability to offer the very best tools and resources, while continuing to remain immersed in our local communities.
Tomlinson says he expects a long-term alliance with Realogy, while retaining the identity of the local company.
We will continue to be Tomlinson Black, Black says. The significance is the access our agents and company has to Realogys systems and programs.
Tomlinson Black Group has more than 500 real estate agents in 14 offices in Eastern Washington and North Idaho. Last year, it was ranked by real estate trade magazine REAL Trends in the 50 largest firms in the nation.
Realogy provides brokerage, relocation, and title services. It has 15,000 employees and 320,000 affiliated brokers and sales associates worldwide. Its brands include Century 21 Real Estate LLC, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp., ERA Real Estate, Sothebys International Realty, NRT Inc., and Title Resource Group.
