Ethan Stowell Restaurants, which recently debuted Tavolàta restaurant in the Old City Hall building, at 221 N. Wall, in downtown Spokane, has unveiled another offering for Spokane – Bosco Pasta & Panini.
Located in the Wonder Building, at 835 N. Post, Bosco takes Ethan Stowell’s pasta and repackages it in quick counter-service fashion.
“We couldn’t ask for a better location than the Wonder Building to launch Bosco,” says chef Ethan Stowell, founder and CEO of Ethan Stowell Restaurants, in a press release announcing the debut of Bosco.
Based in Seattle, Stowell adds, “We’ve loved finding our place within the vibrant Spokane community with the recent opening of Tavolàta. The welcome from our new neighbors has been amazing and we can’t imagine a better locale for us to debut our newest project.”
On-the-go patrons can place an order at Bosco’s bar counter and will receive a text when their food is ready for pickup. Online ordering for takeout or delivery also is available.
Catering to event-goers, families, and parties, Bosco’s menu features homemade pasta, traditional paninis, and fresh salads. Despite its to-go nature, Bosco’s also offers 22 seats at its high-top counter.
Sandwiches available include the pressed panino classico with Italian ham, pickled peppers, buffalo mozzarella, and basil; the Rick & Morty, which includes ricotta, mortadella, pistachios, cracked pepper, and olive oil; and the classic meatball sub, Hero Hero, with pork, beef meatballs, buffalo mozzarella, and tomato gravy.
