The city of Airway Heights and the Spokane County parks and recreation department will hold a public meeting to answer questions and gather input about the proposed West Plains Sport Complex, on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 9 to 11 a.m., at Sunset Elementary, 12824 W. 12th, in Airway Heights.
