American Drilling Corp., a new Spokane Valley business, has leased 4,900 square feet of industrial space at 2621 N. Felts Lane. Mark McLees, Don Jamieson, and Jon Luciani, all of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Independent Lending Corp., a Spokane mortgage brokerage, has leased 850 square feet of floor space on the third floor of the One Rock Pointe Building, at 1212 N. MRS Metal Roofing & Siding Supply Inc., of Mead, doing business as MRS Metal Rollforming Systems, has bought an 11,500-square-foot building at 4520 N. Ferrall, where it plans to move from smaller quarters at 13906 N. Newport Highway. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.

SuperValu Inc., an Eden Prairie, Minn.-based grocery distributor, has leased 2,300 square feet of floor space in the Boulder Creek shopping center, at 505 N. Argonne, and has moved its Spokane Valley offices there from 11016 E. Montgomery. Seattle-based Diamond Parking Services LLC has bought an 18,183-square-foot parking lot at 121 S. Monroe for $1.23 million. Sean Logon and Shaun Meeds, both of Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate, handled the transaction.
