Molter and has moved there from smaller quarters at 6614 E. Main. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Vic Overholser and Steve Schmautz, both of SDS Realty Inc., handled the transaction.
Rick and Shelly Peterson, owners of Fikes Northwest Corp., a Spokane Valley odor control, sanitation, and janitorial supply company, have developed a 3,000-square-foot building at 13401 E. Trent and have moved their business there from smaller, leased quarters at 11616 E. Montgomery.

Mirabeau, where it plans to move its management team for about six months as it completes the closure of the former Columbia Lighting Inc. plant, in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan.
