Post, and has moved there from the Broadview Dairy Building, at 905 N. Washington. Alison Bantz and Michael Mathis, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Anne Betow, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
SoccerTots Spokane LLC, a child physical-development franchise operation, has leased 6,000 square feet of space at 416 N. Madelia and has moved its corporate offices there from 7311 E. Nora. Carlos A. Herrera, of NAI Black, and Rich Crisler, of Century 21 Beutler & Associates, handled the transaction.
The Artisans, a nonprofit employment service for people with disabilities, has leased 5,200 square feet of floor space at 200 E. Second and has moved there from smaller quarters at 125 S. Arthur. Mark Lucas, and Tracy Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
