MasterCraft Inland Northwest, a Liberty Lake boat dealership, has broadened its inventory mix by adding the Centurion, Supra, and Moomba boat lines.
"Adding these three great boat lines to our store allows us to provide a better experience for all water sports enthusiasts. Each company has a unique offering," says Shaun Sorensen, president of the three-year-old dealership, located at 19651 E. Cataldo, on the north side of Interstate 90.
Centurion boats have been a favorite of wakeboarders and wake surfers, while Moomba models also are geared toward wakeboarders, and Supra's all-purpose boats are well-suited for wakeboarders and skiers alike, Sorensen says.
Salt Lake City-area boat dealer Wayne Sorensen, Shaun Sorensen's uncle, developed the Liberty Lake dealership through a company he formed here called Washington Water Sports Inc. He had said before the project was completed that he expected it to cost about $2.7 million.
The dealership includes a 10,800-square-foot building, with a 4,500-square-foot showroom, a service department, and a pro shop, and is located on a three-acre site. The MasterCraft luxury sports boats that the dealership sells are made by Vonore, Tenn.-based MasterCraft Boat Co. and sell new for $50,000 to $120,000. By comparison, the Moomba, Centurion, and Supra boats start in the $20,000, $30,000, and $40,000 ranges, respectively.
Sorensen took over the MasterCraft dealership rights formerly held by Alpine Haus Marina owner Vince Zimmer.
