Zome Design LLC, an apparel screen-printing and embroidery company, has leased 2,500 square feet of space at 1821 W. Fifth Avenue, and plans to move there from smaller quarters at 6714 N. Pittsburg. Erik Nelson and Cody George, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the lease.
Riggz Indoor Skate Park, a new Spokane skateboarding venue, has bought a building with 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 2943 N. Lee. Anne Betow and James S. Black III, both of NAI Black, and Steve Peterson, of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson North, handled the transaction.
Gamestop Inc., a Grapevine, Texas-based new and used electronic games and equipment retailer, has leased 1,400 square feet of retail space for a new outlet in the Banner Center, at 509 N. Sullivan. Guy Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Jeff Rosen, of Seattle Pacific Realty Inc., handled the transaction.
