Weigh station advances - Art only

A new Washington State Patrol Port of Entry that will feature a weigh-in-motion system, among other technological advances, is under construction near the Washington-Idaho border on Interstate 90. Selland Construction Inc., of Wenatchee, Wash., is the contractor on the $12 million project, which is expected to be completed next fall.
