More activity on South Perry - Art Only

KCLH LLC, of Spokane, is well underway on construction of this two-story, 13,000-square-foot multitenant building at the southeast corner of Perry Street and Ninth Avenue, in the South Perry Business District on Spokane’s lower South Hill. The structure is on a site that previously had been home to a building occupied by Woodies Print Shop. Nystrom+Olson Architecture, of Spokane, designed the $1.3 million building.
