The Spokane chapter of the American Advertising Federation will hold a lunch meeting, featuring Michael Strassburger, of Modern Dog Design Co., of Seattle, on Wednesday, Feb. 3, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in the Museum of Arts & Culture auditorium, 2316 W.
